Thema: Hy!Please help me!

I am very fat. At the moment my weight is over 230lbs...
My doctor advised me to buy pill called lipozene but
i dont know if it wil help me =(. I have read some comments and people say, that lipozene is best diet lipozene pill
But some lipozene review, that i have read say that this pill has effects lipozene side
Could you advise me something and sorry from my language i am not a native speaker...

nor am I a native writer, but I keep on trying to write in English.
We do not consult weight problems here. But as far as I know the matter pills might not be as useful as a proper diet. There exist many various diets and you should try some to find one that fits you well. It will be helpful to consult a dietician.
